Wahoo I’ve finally knocked up this online space where I can chat, scream and giggle about my passions! Most of  ‘em are focused around good food, eating, being in business and online marketing. My retail food business, “relish this. It’s not just for nanas” plays a huge part in my personal journey, so here is where I share my meltdowns, challenges, recipes, crazy ideas and lessons – to hopefully empower others to get out there and take the risk to follow their own passion – and eat well at the same time!

I live in sydney with my spunky fiance (mr. relish), who’s a bit of an IT guru and my number one supporter.  We’re both originally from a small-ish coastal city on the north island of nz (go the allblacks) and have been living in australia for about 10 years. Our dream is to have our own piece of sustainable dirt to grow and produce lots of good food, and to create a place to call home. We’re both really looking forward to it and can’t wait to share our travels with you as we go!
